Novotec Medical sets very high standards for quality and durability of their products. Their systems are low maintenance, regular maintenance intervals are not necessary. Good quality and a design that meets the latest technology ensure proper operation, reliability and longevity of the device. However if there is a problem or if you have any questions we will help you quickly as possible.
Galileo devices are Class 1 and registered with FDA and require no routine maintenance.
Warranty
Warranty for defectives in workmanship is for two years on ALL parts and guarantee parts availability for 10 years from date of purchase.
Service & Return Goods
In case of problems please contact us, most conditions can be handled via phone, local service technician and/or postal service. If you are dissatisfied within 30 days, return the unit in its original new condition. There will be a 25% restocking fee applied and unit needs to be repackage in the original box and ship back to StimDesigns LLC, 32683 Coast Ridge Dr. Carmel, CA 93923. You must have a RA number attached to the unit which we will provide.
